PROTEST THE UNJUST KILLING OF MR OGIDI OGHENEMINE #ENDPOLICEBRUTALITY

It was alleged that the deceased was picking up a waybill and its contents were suspected to be amunitions. The police was contacted and without legal trial the suspect was executed in cold blood. The issues for consideration are;

1. Are the Police now Judge, Jury and executioners?
2. What if the deceased was actually innocent and unaware of the package and was used by his friend to accept said package?
3. Have the police discarded the doctrine of innocent until proven guilty, as enshrined in section 36(5) of the 1999 constitution as amended?
4. Does it mean the deceased no longer has rights?
